In Colorado, liberals tried for 35 years to get mary jane legalized. Now there is a "medical marijuana" shop on every corner, some selling over 30 flavors of MJ. An investigation found that 75% of the prescriptions were written by 3 doctors. What a surprise! Now we have 30,000 left over pot heads endangering our highways and workplaces, strung out on "medical marijuana.!" The Democrats that control our state house passed it very soon after they took over the majority. Surprise, they were looking for the tax revenue!

Okay, here's one for you. An aquaintance of mine was diagnosed with throat cancer. He had several surgeries plus chemo and radiation treatment and his cancer is completely gone albeit after a painful two years. He moved to a state that had medical available in 2008 (MI did not at that time) and received a "prescription" for his "symptoms" which had been gone for eight years. He "can't " work now because he's too stoned so he qualifies for Social Security disabilty payments paid for by the rest of us! This whole thing is BULLS--T!

there are convicts getting "medical marijuana" for their "complaints" of depression from their rough, rough lives. is it helping? they are still committing crimes-then want more drugs when they're in jail and can't get their marijuana. they get disability and marijuana for mood disorders and complain when they aren't getting the "right" services in jail, file a complaint and get thousands from a county that doesn't want to waste time in court with these losers-so they pay them off. who says crime doesn't pay-it's big business on both ends.
